	Cliff Smith, Owner and Manager Mr. Smith is the co-founder of the Company and has been the top executive of the Company since its inception in 1983. Prior to his current position at SPA Pipe & Supply, LP dba Smith Pipe of Abilene, Cliff graduated from Angelo State University in 1980 and began his life long career in the oil & gas business. Experience to include working as a roughneck on drilling rigs and plugging / work-over rigs, to a pipe salesman at an oilfield pipe and equipment company for three years. To date Cliff has completed and headedup over 500 wells in the Eastern Shelf and Permian Basin.
	Lloyd Chisum, Sales Mr. Chisum joined the Company in 1985 as a sales representative. 	Don Segovia, Sales Mr. Segovia joined the Company in 1988 as a sale representative. He has 30 years of experience in oilfield pipe and equipment sales. Prior experience includes being a loan officer in the banking industry and vice president of credit at another oilfield pipe and equipments sales company. 	Matt Smith, Trucking Operations Mr. Smith joined the Company in 1996 and is currently the Operations Manager. His experience with the Company includes purchasing, trucking, manufacturing and inventory controls. 	Robert W. (Butch) Cockrell, CPA, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Cockrell joined the Company in 1999 and has acted as our chief financial officer since that time. Prior to joining the Company, he spent 26 years with various companies in the capacities of controller and chief financial officer. Robert holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University and is also a Certified Public Accountant. He has been with the Company for 10 years.
	Alan Davis, CPA, Controller Mr. Davis joined the Company in early 2007 as controller. Prior to joining the Company, he spent 29 years with various companies in the capacity of controller and chief financial officer with experience in public accounting, oil and gas, healthcare and construction. Alan holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
	Sheila Poindexter, Accounts Payable Ms. Poindexter joined the Company in 1997. She has 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
	Regina Walker, Payroll, Technology A 1975 graduate of Commercial College in Brownwood, Texas, Regina joined the Company in 2001 and has over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry. She was an oil scout for Petroleum Information for 13 years and then began working directly for oil companies performing various accounting functions and regulatory filings.
	Billy Haddix Mr. Haddix joined the company in 1998 as the Field Operations Manager & Downhole Specialist. With 30 years experience in the field, on drilling rigs, reentry and completion rigs and consulting on fishing, tie backs and casing repair operations, Billy brings vast depth of knowledge and experience in all phases of field operations to the company.
	Kenny Bodine Mr. Bodine joined the Company in 1999 when his tank and vessel manufacturing shop was purchased by the Company and is currently the tank and vessel shop production manager. Kenny has a total of 33 years experience in manufacturing tanks and vessels.
	Kenny Freeman Mr. Freeman joined the Company in 2008 and is currently the tank and vessel shop operations manager and sales representative. Kenny has 33 years experience in tank and vessel manufacturing and sales with various companies.
	Mickey Burnett Mr. Burnett joined the Company in 2009 as safety director. Mickey has spent the last 24 years in safety positions for oil and gas business, construction and other industries. Mickey is certified as an OSHA, CPR and first aid instructor. Mickey has attended several trade schools to attain these certifications.
